Welcome to Get Box Storage. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including box storage, courier services, and packaging solutions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Box Storage

• We provide secure storage for your boxes at our Liverpool facility
• Storage is charged monthly per box as outlined in our pricing
• We offer pickup and delivery services within our service areas
• You may cancel your storage service at any time with 7 days notice

2.2 Courier Services

• We collect parcels and deliver them to courier partners (DHL, Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce)
• Pricing varies based on pickup location within Liverpool and surrounding areas
• Same-day collection is available for bookings made before 2 PM
• We are not responsible for delays or issues once parcels are handed to courier partners

2.3 Packaging Services

• Professional packing services available for fragile and valuable items
• Boxes and packing materials can be purchased or included in service packages
• You may use your own packaging materials at no extra charge

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Storage fees are charged monthly in advance
• Courier and packaging services are charged per job
• Payment is due upon booking or monthly billing cycle
• We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or cash
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Liability and Insurance

• We take reasonable care of your items but cannot be held liable for damage due to the nature of the items or inadequate packaging
• Basic insurance is included for stored items up to £1,000 per box
• Additional insurance can be arranged for high-value items
• Customers must declare valuable items over £500 in advance
• We are not liable for damage or loss once items are transferred to courier partners
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from storage or courier services:

• Illegal substances or materials
• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
• Perishable food items
• Living plants or animals
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
• Cash or negotiable securities
• Items that could cause contamination or infestation

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Storage services can be cancelled with 7 days written notice
• Prepaid storage fees are non-refundable but can be used until the end of the paid period
• Courier bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup for a full refund
• No-show appointments are non-refundable

7. Access and Retrieval

• You can request delivery of your stored items with 24 hours notice
• Collection and delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Same-day delivery may be available for an additional fee
• We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate urgent requests

8. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during booking and service delivery is used solely for providing our services. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services. For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
